  • 6 chicken breasts, cut into halves
  • ¼ cup of yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon of allspice
  • 1 cup of drinking water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1¼ cups of breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of drinking water
  • Vegetable oil (as needed)
  • 6 burger buns, halved
  • 3 boiled beef hot dogs, sliced
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups of coarsely chopped lettuce
  • 6 tablespoons of ketchup

For the Sauce:

  • ¾ cup of yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Salt to taste

How to Prepare Zinger Burger:

  1. In a deep bowl, combine salt, yogurt, water, and allspice. Mix the ingredients well until thoroughly combined.

  2. Place the chicken breasts into the marinade and coat them well with the mixture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

  3. In another bowl, mix the flour with cayenne pepper and salt until well combined.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with 2 tablespoons of water.

  5. Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and coat them first in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumbs.

  6. Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken breasts until golden and fully cooked on all sides.

  7. Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts from the oil and place them on paper towels to absorb any excess oil.

To Prepare the Sauce:

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, vegetable oil, black pepper, and salt. Stir the ingredients until smooth and well blended.

To Assemble the Zinger Burger:

  1. Spread a small amount of the prepared sauce on one half of each burger bun.

  2. Add some chopped lettuce, followed by a fried chicken breast and a spoonful of ketchup.

  3. Place a slice of hot dog and a slice of cheddar cheese on top, then close the burger with the other half of the bun.
