Chicken Shawarma Fatteh is a flavorful and globally popular dish, known for its easy-to-find ingredients and delectable taste.

Ingredients for Chicken Shawarma Fatteh (Serves Four):
- 700 grams of boneless chicken breast.
- 2 cups of Egyptian rice.
- 3 cups of yogurt.
- 2 cups of tahini.
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- 6 cloves of minced garlic.
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon of salt.
- 2 pieces of Arabic bread, cut into squares.
- 1/2 cup of olive oil.
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- 1 cup of milk.
How to Prepare Chicken Shawarma Fatteh:
Marinate the Chicken:
- Place the chicken breasts in a deep dish.
- Add 1 cup of milk, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and 4 minced garlic cloves.
- Mix well to coat the chicken and let it marinate for 12 hours to absorb the flavors.
Prepare the Bread:
- Cut the Arabic bread into medium-sized squares.
- Toss the bread squares with lemon juice and set aside.
Cook the Rice:
- Wash the Egyptian rice and soak it in water for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1/3 cup of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the bread squares with 1 teaspoon of salt and fry until golden and crispy.
