Steps to Prepare Kibbeh Al-Ruz Moslawiyah

  1. Cook the Rice:

    • Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
    • In a pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add the mixed spices, salt, and a chicken bouillon cube. Stir until well combined.
    • Add the rice to the boiling water and cook until tender. Once done, spread the cooked rice on a plate to cool completely.
  2. Prepare the Filling:

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
    • Add the minced meat, mixed spices, and cook until browned.
    • Stir in the parsley and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the filling is well combined.
  3. Form the Kibbeh Balls:

  4. Fry the Kibbeh Balls:

    • Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.
    • Fry the kibbeh balls in batches until golden brown and crispy.
    • Remove the kibbeh from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
