  • 250 grams of coarse kunafa dough
  • 50 grams of melted butter
  • 2 cans of ready-made cream
  • ½ can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 packet of Dream Whip powder
  • 1 packet of crème caramel powder
  • 2 cups of liquid milk
  • 2 packs of tea biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • ½ cup of toffee sauce

Preparation Method for Kunafa Cups with Biscuits:

Preparing the Kunafa:

  1. Crumble the kunafa dough, then add the melted butter and mix well until combined.
  2. Grease a suitable baking tray with a little butter, spread the buttered kunafa dough evenly on the tray.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Once heated, place the tray in the oven and bake until the kunafa turns golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.

Preparing the Cream Mixture:

  1. In a deep bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, ready-made cream, crème caramel powder, and Dream Whip. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Assembling the Dessert:

  1. In another bowl, mix the cocoa powder with the liquid milk. Dip the tea biscuits in the cocoa milk.
  2. Arrange the soaked biscuits in serving cups or a glass Pyrex dish.
  3. Add a layer of toffee sauce over the biscuits, followed by a layer of the cream mixture. Top with a layer of the baked kunafa dough.
  4. Garnish the top with your choice of fresh fruits, then refrigerate until chilled.
