  • 1½ tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 75 grams of grated cheddar cheese
  • 200 grams of unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

Preparation Method for Mexican-Style Fish Rolls:

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic, stirring occasionally until the onion softens.

  3. Add the grated cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro, stirring continuously for another 2 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and set the filling aside to cool.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with water until smooth to create a sealing paste.
