  • 2 sheets of phyllo dough.

How to Cook Moroccan Chicken Pie:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Cut the chicken breasts into a large pot.
    • Add the onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, saffron, and cinnamon stick.
    • Pour the chicken broth or water over the ingredients until the chicken is fully submerged.
    • Cook on medium heat for about 40 minutes until the chicken becomes tender and absorbs the flavors of the spices and herbs.
  2. Cool and Shred the Chicken:

    • Remove the chicken from the pot and let it cool.
