How to Prepare Pumpkin and Meat Stew:

  1. Season the Meat:

    • In a large bowl, toss the lamb cubes with flour, coarse salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  2. Sear the Meat:

    • Heat olive oil in a large pot over high heat.
    • Add the seasoned lamb and cook for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
    • Transfer the browned lamb to a separate plate.
