2 cups of all-purpose flour
3 room-temperature eggs
1 cup of milk, mixed with red food coloring
½ cup of oil
½ teaspoon of vinegar

1 tablespoon of baking powder
Cocoa powder (to taste)
1½ cups of white sugar
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
6 pieces of cream cheese (e.g., Kiri cheese)
½ cup of butter
1 cup of white sugar
Preparation Method for Red Velvet Cupcakes:
In a bowl, mix the vanilla, eggs, salt, and vinegar until well combined.
Gradually add the sugar, stirring continuously until the mixture becomes creamy.
Add the colored milk and oil to the mixture, and blend until smooth.
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a separate bowl, then mix the dry ingredients thoroughly.
