Sautéed Vegetables – Recipe and Preparation Method

- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- 75 grams of room-temperature butter
- 1½ teaspoons of dried thyme
- 1½ teaspoons of Italian seasoning
Preparation Method for Sautéed Vegetables:
- In a non-stick, thick-bottomed pan over medium heat, add the butter and allow it to melt.
- Once the butter has melted, add the broccoli, carrots, zucchini, and onions, stirring well to combine.
- Sprinkle paprika, black pepper, salt, Italian seasoning, and dried thyme over the vegetables, stirring again until evenly coated.
- Reduce the heat and continue to stir occasionally for about 7 minutes, ensuring the vegetables are cooked but still retain their crispness.
