Steps to Prepare Sichuan Beef
Marinate the Beef:

- Mix well to coat the beef evenly and let it marinate while preparing the vegetables.
Prepare the Vegetables:

Cook the Beef:
- Heat the remaining oil in a deep pan.
- Add the marinated beef strips and stir-fry them in the oil for 7–10 minutes until partially cooked.
Add the Vegetables:
- Add the sliced bell peppers, green peppers, onion, ginger, and celery to the pan.
- Stir well to combine and cook until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
Prepare the Sauce:
- In a separate bowl, mix the water, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Stir until the cornstarch dissolves completely.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the pan with the beef and vegetables.
Simmer and Thicken:
- Stir continuously as the beef absorbs the sauce and the soy sauce thickens.
- Cook until the beef is fully tender and the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
