- ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
- 1 teaspoon of fish spices.
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic.
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Salt to taste.
- Juice of 1 lemon.
For the Sauce:
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes.
- 1 large onion, finely chopped.
- 5 cloves of minced garlic.
- ½ a green chili pepper.
- 2 small pickled cucumbers.
- Juice of 1 lemon.
- 1 teaspoon of fish spices.
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme.
- ½ teaspoon of crushed chili flakes.

Steps to Prepare Grouper with Spicy Tomato Sauce
Prepare the Grouper Fish:
Place the cleaned grouper fish in a baking tray.
In a bowl, mix together the fish spices, black pepper, minced garlic, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine and rub this mixture evenly inside and outside the fish.
