  • ¼ cup of tomato juice
  • 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped

  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • Grated mozzarella cheese (as desired)
  • ½ cup of cooking cream

How to Prepare Cannelloni with Crepes

Preparing the Crepes:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the eggs and flour, mixing well.
  2. Gradually add the water while stirring until you get a smooth batter.
  3. Add the salt and melted butter, mixing again until fully incorporated.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and melt a small amount of butter. Pour a ladleful of batter into the center of the pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Cook until the crepe is set and lightly golden, then flip and cook the other side. Remove and set aside.
