  • 1 kilogram of plain yogurt.
  • 1 cup of water.
  • 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
  • Salt (to taste).
  • ½ teaspoon of white pepper.
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic.

How to Prepare Chicken Shish Barak

Preparing the Filling:

  1. Heat a small amount of oil in a suitable pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.
  2. Add the minced chicken breast and sprinkle the cinnamon, salt, paprika, and mixed spices over it. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
