  • 5 strawberries, sliced into large pieces.

  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Preparation Steps for Crepes with Ice Cream

Preparing the Crepe Batter:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and vanilla. Whisk well until a frothy mixture is formed.
  2. Gradually add the liquid milk, white flour, and baking powder to the mixture, whisking continuously until a smooth batter is achieved.

Cooking the Crepes:
