First Layer:
- 330 grams of all-purpose flour

- 4 egg whites
- 1 whole egg

Second Layer:
- 4 cups of whole milk
- ½ cup of white sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of cornstarch
- 2 cans of halved canned apricots
Third Layer:
- 1 packet of powdered gelatin
- 4 tablespoons of cold water
- 2 tablespoons of white sugar
How to Prepare Egg Eyes Dessert
Preparing the First Layer:
- Combine all the dry ingredients for the first layer in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
- Add the butter and mix until the mixture has a crumbly, sandy texture.
- Add the egg whites and mix, followed by the whole egg. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually pour in the milk and lemon juice, stirring until the batter is well blended.
- Grease a rectangular cake pan with butter and line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan.

- Dissolve the gelatin in cold water in a small bowl. Add the sugar and mix until fully combined.
- Brush the gelatin mixture over the apricots and the custard layer.
