  • 100 grams of butter.

  • 1 tablespoon of rose water.
  • 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water.
  • 1 teaspoon of maamoul spices.
  • 1 small piece of ground mastic.
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Filling Ingredients:

  • A suitable amount of date paste (seedless).
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

How to Prepare Maamoul with Sweetened Condensed Milk

Preparing the Dough:

  1. In a large, suitable bowl, combine the semolina, butter, sweetened condensed milk, vegetable oil, orange blossom water, rose water, mastic, maamoul spices, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix these ingredients well until you get a slightly firm dough. Cover the dough and place it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up.
