- 2 cups of white sugar.
- 1 tablespoon of ground anise, dissolved in 2 cups of hot water and cooled.
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric.
- 2 tablespoons of powdered milk.
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
