Waffle Batter:

  • 140 grams of white sugar.
  • 500 grams of all-purpose flour.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 200 ml of liquid milk.
  • 20 grams of baking soda.
  • Vegetable oil (as needed).

How to Prepare Waffle Falafel

Step 1: Prepare the Falafel Mixture

  1. Wash and dry the soaked chickpeas and fava beans. Combine them with all the falafel ingredients.
  2. Grind the mixture using a meat grinder until you achieve a smooth falafel dough.
