  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mixed spices
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon dried coriander
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Bukhari spices
  • 1 tablespoon butter

For the Rice:

  • 500 grams of rice, washed and soaked
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts

Steps to Prepare Bukhari Rice with Meat:

  1. Cook the Meat:

    • Wash the meat thoroughly and boil it until it is halfway cooked.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics:

    • In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until the onion softens and turns golden.
    • Add the partially cooked meat and stir until the meat changes color.
  3. Add Vegetables and Spices:

    • Add the grated carrot to the pot and sauté for about 5 minutes.
    • Pour in the tomato juice and add all the ground spices for the meat. Stir well, cover the pot, and let the mixture simmer over low heat.
  4. Prepare the Broth:
