  • A pinch of salt.

  • Sliced white onion.
  • A little lemon juice.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 1 tablespoon sumac.
  • French fries.
  • Pickled cucumbers or jalapeños.

  • ¼ cup tahini.
  • A little water.
  • Juice of 3 lemons.
  • 1 clove of garlic, mashed.
  • A pinch of salt and pepper.

Cooking Method for Chicken Kofta Sandwiches:

  1. Prepare the Chicken Kofta:

    • Finely mince the chicken breasts using a food processor.
    • Place the minced chicken in a bowl and add the finely chopped onion and parsley.
    • Add the flour, breadcrumbs, cumin, black pepper, sweet paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
    • Mix the ingredients thoroughly by hand or with a spoon until well combined.
    • Shape the mixture into patties, either round or cylindrical, and press them slightly to flatten.
