  • 1 kg chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 can cooking cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • A small amount of vegetable oil

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • Salt, black pepper, and mixed spices (optional)

Instructions for Preparing Chicken with Dill and Cream:

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken

  1. Place the sliced chicken breasts in a bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Let it marinate for a few minutes while preparing the other ingredients.

Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables

  1. Slice the onion and mushrooms.
  2. Chop the dill and mince the garlic.

Step 3: Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan over medium heat.
