  • 2 cups of chicken broth.
  • 5 cardamom pods.
  • 1 egg.

  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of mixed spices.
  • 1 kilogram of yogurt.
  • 3 teaspoons of cornstarch.

Instructions for Cooking Green Fava Beans with Meat and Yogurt:

  1. Prepare the Meat:

    • Place the beef in a pressure cooker. Add the bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon sticks, and a small amount of water.
    • Once the water starts to boil, add more water to fully cover the meat.
    • When the water boils again, close the pressure cooker and let it cook on medium heat for 40 minutes or until the meat is tender.
  2. Cook the Beans:

    • Heat the olive oil in a pot. Add the garlic and sauté until golden.
