- 4 kilograms of lamb.

- A selection of fried nuts such as almonds, pine nuts, or cashews (as desired).
- Freshly chopped parsley (optional, for garnish).
- 5 loaves of shrak bread.
- Clarified butter (smen baladi), as preferred.
- 1 kilogram of cooked rice.
Steps to Prepare Jordanian Mansaf with Jameed
Prepare the Jameed:
Cut or crush the jameed into pieces and soak it in a suitable bowl for about three hours.Blend the Jameed:
Place the soaked jameed in a blender and blend for 3 minutes. (If you want to lighten the jameed, add the yogurt and a cube of meat broth, then blend all the ingredients until well combined.)Cook the Lamb:
