    • 3 cups liquid milk
    • 1 tablespoon white sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Optional Toppings:

Steps to Prepare Khushaf Ramadan Juice:

  1. Prepare the Dried Fruits:

    • Chop the dried dates, apricots, figs, and prunes into small pieces.
  2. Soak the Fruits:

    • Soak the dried dates in water in a suitable bowl for at least 6 hours.
    • Soak the remaining dried fruits in a separate bowl of water for about 4 hours.
    • Quick Method: If short on time, you can soak the dried dates in water and heat them on medium heat for 5 minutes. For the other dried fruits, soak them in water and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Allow them to cool completely before use.
  3. Prepare the Syrups:

    • Drain the soaked dates, reserving their water in a new pot. Distribute the date-infused water evenly among serving glasses, filling each glass about one-third full.
    • Drain the soaked dried fruits, reserving their water in a separate pot. Add the sugar to the water and stir well until dissolved. Pour this fruit-infused syrup into the serving glasses, filling each glass to two-thirds full.
  4. Add Milk:

    • Pour the liquid milk into the glasses, filling them evenly to the brim.
  5. Chill the Drink:

    • Place the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to chill and allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Garnish and Serve:

    • Remove the glasses from the refrigerator and garnish with your choice of mixed nuts, such as pistachios, cashews, almonds, or raisins. Add a sprinkle of coconut flakes for extra flavor.
