Instructions for Preparing Meatballs with White and Red Sauce:
Prepare the Meatballs:
- In a bowl, combine the ground meat with the chopped onion, mashed garlic, ginger, cilantro, egg, and spices.
- Mix thoroughly by hand, then shape the mixture into small, evenly-sized meatballs.
- Lightly coat the meatballs with flour and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
