  • 700 grams lasagna sheets
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cups cooking cream
  • 3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups canned mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

Instructions for Preparing Mushroom Lasagna:

  1. Prepare the Mushroom Filling:

    • Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
    • Season with salt, black pepper, white pepper, cinnamon, and grated ginger. Stir well.
    • Add ½ cup of water and let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes.
    • Add the fresh and canned mushrooms to the pot. Stir occasionally until the mushrooms are tender.
    • Remove the pot from heat and mix in the ricotta cheese. Combine all the ingredients well to create a cohesive filling.
  2. Assemble the Lasagna:

    • Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
    • Pour 1 cup of cooking cream into the bottom of a rectangular baking dish.
    • Layer the lasagna sheets over the cream to cover the bottom.
    • Spread a portion of the mushroom filling over the lasagna sheets. Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese on top.
    • Pour another cup of cooking cream and add a second layer of lasagna sheets. Repeat the layering process with more mushroom filling, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream.
    • Add a final layer of lasagna sheets. Spread the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  3. Bake the Lasagna:

    • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  4. Serve the Dish:
