  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of sliced olives
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pack of ready-made samosa pastry sheets
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • ½ cup of water
  • Vegetable oil for frying

How to Prepare Pizza-Stuffed Samosa:

  1. Prepare the filling:

    • Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over low heat.
    • Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.
    • Add the diced sausages, olives, tomato sauce, onion powder, salt, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to combine.
    • Mix in the mozzarella cheese and stir until the ingredients are evenly blended. Set aside to cool.
  2. Prepare the sealing mixture:

    • In a small bowl, mix the flour and water until a smooth paste is formed. This will be used to seal the edges of the samosas.
  3. Assemble the samosas:

    • Take a samosa pastry sheet and fill it with 1–2 teaspoons of the pizza filling.
    • Brush the edges with the flour-water mixture and fold the pastry into a triangular shape, sealing it tightly. Repeat until all the filling is used.
  4. Fry the samosas:

    • Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan until hot.
    • Fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Optional: If not frying immediately, you can freeze the samosas by placing them in freezer bags and storing them in the freezer. Thaw them for two hours before frying.

  5. Serve and enjoy:

    • Serve the pizza-stuffed samosas hot and crispy. They make a perfect snack or appetizer for family and friends!
