  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Cooking Method for Saudi Faramoza:

  1. Prepare the Filling:

    • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the minced meat. Cook until browned.
    • Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and salt, stirring until the meat is fully cooked.
    • Stir in the mixed spices and fresh coriander, mixing well to combine.
    • Remove the pan from heat and let the filling cool.
  2. Prepare the Pastries:

    • Lay out the puff pastry dough and cut it into squares.
    • Place a small amount of the meat filling in the center of each square.
    • Fold the dough over the filling to form a triangle or a square, sealing the edges firmly.
  3. Add the Topping:

  4. Bake the Faramoza:
