  • ½ cup semolina
  • 1 can cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ stick softened butter

Instructions for Preparing Snickers Cheesecake:

Step 1: Prepare the Base Layer

  1. In a pan over low heat, toast the powdered milk for about 5 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. Add the semolina to the toasted milk and stir well. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Mix in the can of cream and stir until fully combined. Add the softened butter and mix well.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a removable-bottom tart pan or springform pan.
  5. Chop the Snickers bars into small pieces and spread them over the base layer.

Step 2: Prepare the White Layer

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, powdered milk, Kiri cream cheese, and granulated sugar.
  2. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture over the base layer and spread it evenly across the pan.
  4. Place the pan on the bottom rack of the oven and bake from the top for about 15 minutes, or until the top layer is set.

Step 3: Prepare the Garnish

  1. Place the small Snickers bars and cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them in the microwave until the Snickers are slightly melted, about 30–60 seconds.
  2. Stir the mixture until smooth and pour it over the top layer of the cheesecake.

Step 4: Chill and Serve

  1. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 1 hour to set completely.
  2. Carefully remove the cheesecake from the pan and slice it into equal triangular pieces.
