How to Prepare Algerian Dolma

Step 1: Preparing the Chickpeas and Base Sauce

  1. Soak the chickpeas in water overnight to soften them.
  2. In a deep cooking pot, heat a suitable amount of vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, stirring until they become translucent.
