  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon finely ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 kg fresh broccoli
  • Salt (to taste)

How to Prepare Broccoli Soup:

  1. Prepare the Broccoli:

    • Cut the fresh broccoli into small pieces and wash them thoroughly with cold water several times.
    • Drain the broccoli in a strainer to remove excess water.
  2. Sauté the Onions and Garlic:

    • Peel and finely chop the onions into small cubes.
    • In a deep pan, heat the olive oil over low heat.
    • Add the chopped onions and sauté well.
    • Add the minced garlic and stir to blend the flavors.
  3. Cook the Broccoli:

    • Add the cleaned broccoli to the pan and mix well for about 5 minutes.
    • Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir quickly to combine.
  4. Simmer the Soup:

    • Pour a suitable amount of water into the pan while stirring constantly.
