How to Prepare Chicken Maqluba with Potatoes:
Step 1: Frying the Vegetables
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the potato and zucchini slices until golden brown.
- Remove and set aside on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Step 2: Cooking the Chicken
