  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce or 3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

For the Topping:

  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (adjust to taste)

For Garnishing and Serving:

  • Ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise (optional)
  • Sliced jalapeños or green chili peppers
  • Sliced green onions

Preparation Method for Chili Fries:

Step 1: Cooking the Chili Sauce

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, then sauté until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef and stir, breaking it apart.
  4. Season with paprika, oregano, coriander, black pepper, and salt, stirring well.
