  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander powder

How to Prepare Crispy Fried Fish Fillet:

Step 1: Cleaning and Prepping the Fish

  1. Wash and clean the fish fillet thoroughly using water and salt.
  2. Place the fillets in a strainer to remove excess water.

Step 2: Preparing the Marinade
