  • 6 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • ½ teaspoon of nutmeg

Preparation Method for Honey Lemon Chicken:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:

    • In a bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, nutmeg, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper.
    • Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  2. Marinate the Chicken:

    • Flatten the whole chicken slightly.
