  • 4 cups of fresh liquid milk
  • 1 cup of semolina
  • 3 tablespoons of white sugar
  • 3 pieces of ground mastic
  • 1 tablespoon of rose water
  • 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
  • Ready-made clotted cream (as needed)

For decoration:

  • Crushed pistachios (as desired)
  • Pure honey (as desired)
  • Lemon blossom (as desired)
  • Sliced bananas (as desired)
  • Sliced almonds (as desired)
  • Pine nuts (as desired)

How to Prepare Lebanese Nights with Semolina:

  1. In a deep and suitable pot, place the fresh milk, white sugar, semolina, ground mastic, orange blossom water, and rose water.

  2. Mix the ingredients well using either an electric whisk or a manual whisk until they are fully combined.

  3. Place the pot on medium heat and continue stirring with the whisk until the mixture thickens.
