  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1½ cups of fresh cream
  • ¼ cup of water

How to Prepare Minced Meat with Potatoes:

Step 1: Preparing the Potatoes

  1. Peel the potatoes and slice them into slightly thin rounds.
  2. Soak the sliced potatoes in a bowl of salted water for 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Step 2: Cooking the Minced Meat

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
