- 1 ½ cups of semolina
- 1 cup of white sugar
- 1 ½ cups of powdered milk
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 300 grams of cream
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- ½ cup of vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon of butter
Topping Ingredients:
- 170 grams of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 packet of caramel pudding mix
- 3 cream cheese bars
Preparation Method for Semolina and Milk Dessert with Roasted Semolina and Coconut:
Place the powdered milk and semolina in a suitable pot over heat. Stir constantly until their color changes.
In a separate bowl, combine the egg and vanilla, mixing them well. Then, gradually add the sugar, shredded coconut, cream, vegetable oil, and baking powder, continuing to mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Add the semolina and milk mixture to the previous mixture and stir thoroughly until everything is well combined.
