  • 3 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter or vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup of white sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups of warm drinking water
  • 1 tablespoon of instant yeast
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Egg Wash Ingredients:

  • 1 egg, beaten with a little vanilla

Preparation Method for Yeast Rolls:

  1. In a suitable bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and mix well. Add the sugar and melted butter (or vegetable oil) and stir until all ingredients are combined.

  2. Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder into a separate bowl, then gradually add them to the wet mixture. Knead everything by hand until a smooth and elastic dough is formed.

  3. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it, and set it aside in a warm place until it doubles in size.

  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to prevent sticking and shape it into your desired form. Arrange the pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and leave them to rise again.

  5. Brush the tops of the dough pieces with the beaten egg and vanilla mixture.

  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Once it reaches the desired temperature, place the baking tray inside and bake for about 20 minutes.
