Biscuit Dough – Recipe & Baking Guide

How to Prepare Biscuit Dough:
1. Preparing the Dry Ingredients:
- In a deep mixing bowl, sift the flour, cornstarch, custard powder, and baking powder.

- In a separate electric mixer bowl, add the softened butter and powdered sugar.

- Gradually add the butter mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring continuously.
- Knead the mixture for about 15 minutes until a soft, non-sticky dough forms.

- Lightly grease a deep bowl with melted butter.
- Place the dough inside, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow it to rest.
