Cheese Ravioli – Recipe & Cooking Guide

Ingredients for Cheese Ravioli:
For the Ravioli Dough:
- 3 cups of white flour
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg yolks
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- ¼ cup of fresh milk
For the Filling:
- 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1 block of Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup of finely chopped parsley

- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- ¼ cup of liquid cooking cream
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste

How to Prepare Cheese Ravioli:
Preparing the Dough:
- Sift the white flour into a mixing bowl, add the salt, and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg and egg yolks together.
- Add the vegetable oil and fresh milk to the egg mixture, stirring until fully combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, kneading well until a firm and smooth dough forms.
