  • 3 tablespoons of fajita seasoning.
  • 4 red bell peppers, sliced into medium strips.
  • 3 green chili peppers, sliced into medium strips.
  • 3 tablespoons of salt.
  • ¼ cup of olive oil (or 4 tablespoons of butter).
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.

For the Rice:

  • 3 cups of rice.
  • 1 tablespoon of dried ground coriander.
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin.
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • 4 cups of hot water.

How to Prepare Chicken Fajita with Rice

Step 1: Preparing the Rice

  1. Wash the rice thoroughly under cold water and then soak it in warm water for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Preparing the Chicken Marinade

  1. In a large bowl, combine black pepper, cumin, coriander, salt, garlic powder, fajita seasoning, cardamom, and red pepper powder.
  2. Add lemon juice and olive oil, mixing well to create a spice blend.
  3. Toss the chicken strips into the spice mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
