Fettuccine Pasta – Recipe & Cooking Guide

Ingredients for Fettuccine Pasta
For the Pasta:
- 3 chicken fillets, sliced into thin strips.
- 2 tablespoons of oil.
- 3 bell peppers, sliced (preferably different colors for a visually appealing dish).
- 2 large onions, sliced into rings.
- 10 mushroom slices.
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
- 1 packet of fettuccine pasta.
For the Sauce:
- 1 cup of heavy cream.
- 3 cups of sour cream.
- ¼ teaspoon of white pepper.
- 1 tablespoon of oregano.
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
- ½ cup of finely grated Parmesan cheese.
How to Prepare Fettuccine Pasta

Cooking the Chicken & Vegetables:
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chicken fillets and stir-fry until golden brown.
- Add the bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and garlic, stirring until they soften.

Boiling the Pasta:
- In another large pot, bring 7–8 cups of water to a boil over high heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Once the water is boiling, add the fettuccine pasta, stirring occasionally until fully cooked.
- Drain the pasta and keep it warm.

Preparing the Sauce:
- In a thick-bottomed pan, combine the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and sour cream, stirring well until smooth.
- Place the pan over medium heat, stirring continuously until the sauce is hot but not boiling.
- Add salt, white pepper, oregano, and garlic powder, mixing until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

- Place the boiled fettuccine pasta in a serving dish.
- Add the chicken and vegetable mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the dish.
