For the Pasta:

  • 3 chicken fillets, sliced into thin strips.
  • 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • 3 bell peppers, sliced (preferably different colors for a visually appealing dish).
  • 2 large onions, sliced into rings.
  • 10 mushroom slices.
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
  • 1 packet of fettuccine pasta.

For the Sauce:

  • 1 cup of heavy cream.
  • 3 cups of sour cream.
  • ¼ teaspoon of white pepper.
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano.
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • ½ cup of finely grated Parmesan cheese.

How to Prepare Fettuccine Pasta

  1. Cooking the Chicken & Vegetables:

    • Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
    • Add the chicken fillets and stir-fry until golden brown.
    • Add the bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and garlic, stirring until they soften.
  2. Boiling the Pasta:

    • In another large pot, bring 7–8 cups of water to a boil over high heat.
    • Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil.
    • Once the water is boiling, add the fettuccine pasta, stirring occasionally until fully cooked.
    • Drain the pasta and keep it warm.
  3. Preparing the Sauce:

    • In a thick-bottomed pan, combine the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and sour cream, stirring well until smooth.
    • Place the pan over medium heat, stirring continuously until the sauce is hot but not boiling.
    • Add salt, white pepper, oregano, and garlic powder, mixing until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  4. Assembling the Dish:

    • Place the boiled fettuccine pasta in a serving dish.
    • Add the chicken and vegetable mixture, stirring gently to combine.
    • Pour the sauce evenly over the dish.
  5. Serving:

    • Serve hot and enjoy the rich, creamy Fettuccine Pasta with family or guests.
