Ingredients for Kofta with Vegetables:
For the Kofta (Meatballs):
- 250 g finely ground beef
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 sprigs fresh dill, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon meat spices (optional)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
For the Vegetables:
- ½ green bell pepper, sliced thinly
- ½ red bell pepper, sliced thinly
- 4 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 1 medium carrot, sliced into rounds
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
How to Prepare Kofta with Vegetables:
1. Preparing the Kofta (Meatballs):
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, parsley, dill, black pepper, salt, soy sauce, and meat spices.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a nutmeg.
- Place the kofta balls evenly in a baking dish.
