Lebanese Sausages – Recipe & Cooking Method

Ingredients for Lebanese Sausages:
- 1 kg of ready-made sausages
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 green bell peppers, finely chopped
- 1 medium-sized tomato, finely chopped
- ¼ cup of vinegar
- ¼ cup of hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon of crushed chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon of white sugar
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional for garnish)
How to Prepare Lebanese Sausages:

Prepare the Sausages:
- Cut the sausages into two equal parts using a kitchen knife.

Cook the Sausages:
- Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the sausage pieces to the pan and increase the heat to high. Let the sausages cook until they are golden and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the sausages from the pan and drain them. Set aside.

- In the same pan, add the remaining melted butter.
