- 1 kg of fresh mushrooms (or 4 cans of canned mushrooms)
- 1 kg of minced lamb
- 3 onions
- 4 tablespoons of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of white pepper
- ¼ cup of olive oil (or 4 tablespoons of ghee)
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons of salt
How to Prepare Nutritious and Delicious Mushrooms with Meat:
Preparing the Mushrooms:
- Wash the mushrooms thoroughly to remove any dirt, then chop them into medium-sized pieces.
- Soak the chopped mushrooms in a deep bowl of water for 30 minutes to remove any remaining impurities.
- Drain the mushrooms in a colander and set them aside.
Preparing the Meat:
- Peel and finely chop the onions, then set them aside.
- Slice the red and yellow bell peppers into uniform circular rings.
- In a deep pot, add the minced lamb and a pinch of salt. Pour in 1 cup of water, cover the pot, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes until the meat is partially cooked.
- Add the chopped onions to the pot and stir well, allowing them to cook with the meat.
Cooking the Dish:
- Add the drained mushrooms to the pot, mix well, and let them cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour ¼ cup of olive oil into the mixture and add the bell pepper rings, black pepper, and white pepper.
- Stir all the ingredients well, cover the pot, reduce the heat, and let it simmer for 30 minutes until fully cooked.

- Remove the pot from the heat and transfer the dish to a serving plate.
