Ingredients:

For the noodles:

  • 200g noodles
  • 500g minced beef
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup unsalted chopped peanuts

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, spicy garlic sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well to combine and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat a little oil over medium heat, then add the minced beef. Cook until browned.
  3. Add the prepared sauce and chopped peanuts to the beef. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • 100g noodles
