- 2 kg boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 yellow bell peppers, chopped
- 2 red bell peppers, chopped
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon saffron
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Kashkaval cheese (or mozzarella)
- Chopped parsley and mint (for garnish)
How to Prepare Pasta with Chicken and Vegetables:
1. Cooking the Pasta:
- Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the pasta, a pinch of salt, and a little vegetable oil.
- Let the pasta cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain the pasta using a colander, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
2. Preparing the Chicken:
- Rinse the chicken breasts thoroughly with salt and water, then slice into thin strips.
