How to Prepare Sautéed Green Fava Beans with Olive Oil:
1. Preparing the Fava Beans:
- Cut the fava beans into medium-sized squares, making sure to remove the fibrous side threads.
- Keep the green outer skin as it enhances the flavor of the dish.
- Rinse the beans well under cold water multiple times, then drain in a colander.
2. Preparing the Herbs:
- Rinse the fresh coriander and green garlic leaves thoroughly.
- Drain them well, then finely chop the coriander and slice the green garlic into small pieces.
