Smoked Lentil Kebab – Recipe & Cooking Method

How to Prepare Smoked Lentil Kebab:

- In a deep pot, add the water and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the washed lentils to the boiling water, reduce the heat, and let it simmer for about 1 hour or until the lentils are fully cooked.

- Wash the parsley thoroughly with cold water, then soak it in a small amount of vinegar for about 15 minutes.
- After soaking, rinse the parsley with cold water again, then place it in a strainer to remove excess water.
- Chop the parsley finely and set it aside for later use.

- Once the lentils are cooked, transfer them to a deep bowl.
- Add the salt, hot chili powder, cumin, and black pepper to the lentils. Stir the mixture well to combine all the flavors.

- In a large spoon, melt the butter and place it in the center of the lentil mixture.
